These sketches are precious and in their own way imaginative.
First one is brilliantly done, not only it is well drawn but the colours are vividly speaking themselves.
Second one is as great as the others, while the third one has dark tones and light tones combined effectively; only the bottle looks a bit slanted.
City campus is just pulchritudinous, though I would advise you to use more of the darker and lighter tones to create better contrasts and shadows.
Figure sketches are almost real and perfect. Great use of coulour vibrance in sole.
Face coloured sketch is just amazing, beautifully done, she is showing a lot of emotions as well. One more thing I would tell you is just keep sketching.

    • Thanks a billion for taking out the time to provide such thorough feedback! Yes, the bottle seems slanted because these are photos of the sketches (they’re not scanned) and a little unintended perspective got added to it.
Thank you so much for the appreciation and the comment! :)

    • These are assignments and class projects from “Still Life Drawing” of 1st semester and “Figure Drawing” of second semester. Most of them are pencil sketches but there are coloured sketches and then oil pastels as well. In the one with the blue eyes, there’s use of black pointers.

  9. Interesting studies of feet. They are notoriously difficult to draw and you’ve simplified them very effectively.Great to see others out there posting there life drawings also. I work in a variety of media and try to post a life drawing everyday.

These are all very good, however, in the figure sketches, there are a couple of details that are off. The rim of the lower eyelid is not always so simple, because it follows the contours of the eyes, and therefore it varies in width. Eyelashes also grow in different lengths. The width (corner to corner) of lips are usually around the width of the subject’s eye. Lastly, eyeballs are eye-balls, so they are spherical, so the whites of the eyes are not completely left blank. There are shaded slightly (darker from the corners and then gradually lighter) to show the shadows and give a more 3D look,

Sorry if I was a little too criticizing, you really did an amazing job, especially on the feet!

    • Thank you so much for your feedback. I really appreciate it!
I have definitely improved over the years. This was my first ever attempt. Your advice on shading to give it a three-dimensional look is spot on! Thanks a lot again! :)
