I recently found two books in my father’s library that, I believe, can really help anyone with internet presence make their site better for their clients/viewers.
Book: “e-marketing : A guide for business” (helping you succeed in on-line business)
Author: A booklet by UK on-line for business. UK on-line for business is a partnership between Industry and Government to help British business thrive in the knowledge-based economy. The booklet has been distributed in association with the Faculty of Information Technology of “The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales”.
The booklet offers great tips briefly put into words and bulleted lists with single-paragraphed case studies on each page. It is only 12-page long and contains all the basic blunt tips for beginners. It introduces the reader to the concept of e-marketing and its benefits before plunging into tips for making your site memorable for your audience. From personalisation techniques, promotion strategies and content development methods to site maintenance and site design help, this book offers everything I was looking for when I needed help for my blog.
